“I took my Maltese mix after I had neglected to get her groomed for over six months. Maddie was a nightmare of hair and mats but I did try to cut out the majority of the mats. I usually have her groomed every six weeks but I had radiation in August and was extremely sick until March this year. Gail shaved her and made her look so cute. I am totally in love with Gail and her amazing kindness to fix the mess I made of my sweet baby.“
