I found Ashley in FB and decided to give her a try. Boy was I sooo happy I did! Ashley is awesome, great personality, caring and she really knows what shes doing. She kept me informed step by step and sent pictures and a video. She told me that my dog was pretty calm during the process which is a huge testament to her “bed side manner” as my dig always runs away when she sees me coming with the brush! 🤣. Very happy with my experience at The Pawfectionist. From communication about scheduling, transparency with pricing, to the actual grooming experience i have 0 complaints. My girl has a long coat and was shedding a ton. I preferred to keep her more natural and they didn't bat an eye and exceeded my expectations (she smells AMAZING and her coat is so soft). My dog is typically a bit nervous at first, but I could tell when I picked her up that she had a great experience. I will be scheduling again for sure!
I took my husky rescue! Other places wanted to shave her but Ashley was patient and my dog allowed her to bath her and get all the knots out. She made my girl look great! Definitely recommend for nervous dogs because they really take care of them.
