“Serrano Handyman is the most professional repairman in town. First and foremost, he is punctual; he showed up early on the scheduled day of work. Secondly, he completed the entire paint job in just one day. Third, he never asked for a down payment. The full payment was made after he completed the job. Last but not least, he did an excellent job. He painted the room like a true professional. Serrano has been a blessing for our family. I can’t express how difficult it has been to find the perfect handyman.

Before Serrano, we had been working with another handyman who always had excuses. We had planned to list our house for sale, but we needed to make some repairs first. Back in April, we called a handyman we found on Craigslist. He arrived late on the first day but guaranteed excellent service. We showed him the areas that needed repairs, and he asked for a down payment of $500 before starting the work. We agreed. The next day, he disappeared. When he finally contacted us a week later, he claimed that an employee who worked with him was sick, followed by his kids being sick. When he eventually arrived after several days, he worked for three hours, did a sloppy job, and then disappeared again for two days. After making multiple calls, he promised to return at a certain day and time but canceled due to car issues. It took him an extremely long time to complete less than half of the work he was supposed to do. He left again because of a family emergency.

Frustrated, I searched for another handyman with the best reviews and found Serrano. Thank God I found him; I couldn't be happier! He has gone above and beyond my expectations. I wish I had discovered him sooner and hadn’t wasted so much precious time. Serrano deserves an A++++!“

“I do not hesitate to highly recommend this business. Bruce and Michele Cornwell are extremely knowledgeable about home modifications to help elderly people stay safe in their homes. We hired them to do all sorts of modifications around our home, and everything was completed to our satisfaction. Bruce is extremely thorough in his work. We had many railings and grab bars installed, as well as modifying some stairs to have a lower rise. Additionally, he helped us with a ramp leading out of the house into the garage, which works beautifully. He made many helpful suggestions which we never would have thought of. “If Yelp had a 10 point scale, I'd give this a 7 instead of an 8 like the 4/5 states. So treat this like a 3.5/5. I contacted Jairo after seeing him post on FB that he's offering $300 per basic room. Being that we just needed a quick paint job done in two rooms, I decided to get him out for a quote. He quoted us $350 for our small room that needed a color change (multiple coats), and $450 for our master bedroom. Being that I thought his prices were reasonable and true enough to his advertisement, I decided to go with him. Paint and tape was provided by me. He finished both rooms very expeditiously, was very respectful of our time, and did a solid enough job. I had to redo some areas close to the bottom trim, but overall, it only took me 10-15 minutes of time to shore it up. My one complaint is that there were two noticeable blobs, one nickel sized, one quarter sized of the gray paint on the carpet. It looked like he tried to spot clean it, but it did not come out. We noticed it the next morning and found some methods to try to remedy the situation, but it's not entirely out. I wish he pointed it out to us immediately so maybe we could have gotten the stain out entirely. If you're looking for someone quick and will get the job done, Jairo does a good enough job for the price he offers.“
