They finished in one day and left without any evidence that they were even there. My neighbor even commented that if she had left her home in the morning before they arrived and returned after they left, she would have never known they were there (except for how wonderful the roof looks). The entire process was easy and seamless. Craig was a joy to work with and communicated with us throughout the process. His prices are great and his attention to detail is fabulous. We love the new deck: It's a huge step up in safety and style. Mike pointed out issues still to be tackled but worked around them as we ponder our next home improvement plans. As with many old houses, the original deck went through "improvements" and repairs under the hands of homeowners with wide-ranging skill-levels. “My wife and I own a family medicine office out of our home in Williamsport MD. We chose Reliable Contractors because of a recommendation from our neighbor. They have done multiple roofs in our area, all with outstanding reviews. One of my concerns was patience, coming in and out of the office with men on the roof and possible debris falling from the roof. I was assured that that wouldn’t be a problem and it wasn’t. They taped off the areas that they needed to and very little debris was dropped in those two areas. Their price was more reasonable than other prices that we got. They worked quickly and put in extra hours to get us done in less than three days. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of their job. I inspected the corners, the lines, the edges, etc. The craftsmanship was top-notch. There were no gaps or irregularities in the roof, soffit and facia or the gutters and downspouts. Everything as far as I was concerned was perfect.“
