“I had never gotten anything waxed before, but I came with my boyfriend who swore by it. I always shaved but I always thought it was such a hassle - I had to do it twice a week, and he waxed once every 4 weeks. He sang praises for Liz, so I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. I haven’t missed an appointment and actually look forward to them, because it’s so much better being waxed! Liz was so kind, she explained everything to expect and answered every question I had. She chats with me the whole time which takes my mind off of it and makes it go by way faster. Of course it’s a bit painful, but it’s not as bad as I had thought it would have been. Stephanie at the front desk is also a hoot, she’s fun to talk with while my bf is at his appointment and really takes the edge off. The water and snacks are also a nice touch! I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.“

“I had a cut and color that I didn’t care for at a different salon. I then tried to “fix” it by putting a color depositing mask over it. I didn’t like that either. ?Enter Donnie.I was able to get an appointment very fast. He did a test strip to make sure of the best way to lift the color. He was open that it would be a two appointment process to completely get rid of the fashion color. He was able to blend in what was left of that color with what he did. I’m amazed at what he was able to accomplish. He then gave me the perfect hair cut. Also, VERY reasonably priced.Pictures to come later.“

“Nicole was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable.I know nothing about hair, what is or isn’t possible, what will look good, etc. My hair is naturally a medium brown & I told Nicole I wanted to go as blonde as possible while being able to let it grow out & not have to get my hair done often - which I feel like is a bit of an oxymoron because going super blonde needs more maintenance. I also wanted very very cool in tone, even slightly purple. Nicole was able to understand what I was hoping for & use her professional knowledge & experience to come up with a solution that goes for what I’m hoping for while giving me something that looks good & natural. She did thin highlights on top to keep it natural & low maintenance while adding bigger highlights underneath to give more blonde with any chunkiness staying hidden. And she was able to achieve the tone I was going for - very very cool & almost purple.She was able to schedule me for just a tone for next time - which will be cost effective & quick while maintaining the tone I like. That’s very helpful because I procrastinate scheduling appointments & I never would’ve thought myself to just come in for a tone.Nicole was also very nice & easy to talk to. I wanted a new colorist for a while & was dreading the awkwardness of spending that much time with someone new, but Nicole was very personable, genuine, & not awkward.“
