Keysla was great— I moved far from my previous EWC location, so trying out a new wax specialist- I dreaded… However, Keysla made the experience great! Very thorough, made me comfortable and walked/talked through each step that she was doing. And was knowledgeable on how to care for your waxed skin afterwards. I love that she asked for any feedback or improvements at the end of service— which not everyone does. Will be going back!
This was my first time at EWC but not my first wax. I had Duna as my wax specialist and she was so sweet. She was friendly and talkative, which helps distract from the waxing itself. I woulddefinitely recommend her!
My wax specialist Suraiya was excellent! One of the best Brazilian waxes I've EVER had and I have been getting Brazilians for years! She was very knowledgeable and gave excellent tips during the process and for post care. It didn't hurt much and the area was smooth with no visible hair. Definitely highly recommend Suraiya!
