“Corelife for me has been a way to hold myself accountable during my weight loss journey. When you start they record all of your information (age, weight, fitness level, medical history, etc), and use the data to come up a plan that will offer you the best results. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Every 2 weeks you visit with the nutritionist and dietician to review your progress, and get advice on things to help going forward. They also have a gym and personal trainer on site to help keep you moving. There are different packages you can go over for the gym and personal trainer, and I don't remember all of the details, but it's super affordable and the gym is 24/7. Since starting with Corelife about 6 months ago I have lost a shade under 50 lbs, and I have have been far from perfect during my time coming here.“
