Awesome and supportive staff!! Great program!
I’ve struggled for years in finding ways to loose weight, trying stuff but not sticking to it, not knowing my limit on food intake and such. Corelife helped me with that and so much more!!! I enjoy tracking what I eat in MyFitnessPal, I’m not perfect. I cheat from time to time. I’ve gotten better about working out and now I love that too!! But also not perfect! I’ve been doing this for about 3 months and already down 25 pounds!!!
