I have been coming to this healing center since 2022. This experience has tremendously helped me in getting back to optimal health. I didn’t have any energy and Ms. Yolonda did a muscle nutritional response test and found out my Adrenals were “zero.” I started taking the whole food supplements she recommended and my Adrenals are back to normal. Ms. Yolonda is very thorough and has a wonderful personality. When you visit her office, she makes you feel really comfortable and you are glad you came! I highly recommend making an appointment so you can find out what your body has been telling you is wrong. You will not be disappointed!

Before coming to see Yolanda and Zena, I was eating good so I thought. I was bloated. I didn’t have regular bowel movements and my skin was breaking out really bad. Fast forward to completing the program I feel 100% better. I have regular bowel movements. My skin has cleared up and my choice of food selection has improved. Less sugar. More conscience about what I put into my body. Checking labels??? and I know what I should stay away from. I’m usually the skeptical one, but I was so sick and having a really hard time losing weight and feeling well though I was working out everyday. My best friend recommend NHC to me and my first visit to now (my 6th) has been a 180. I have more energy and my skin is clearing up. I’m also grateful for Ms Taylor and Ms Akpeneye’s patience as I go through my nutritional journey. This has been life changing and to be able to do it naturally has made such a difference!!
