“Even though this is not a recent job, I still felt the need to share this review. This company installed a furnace for a relative of mine and saying that they definitely went above and beyond what anyone would expect a company to do would be an understatement. I do believe the main issue was this relative had buyers remorse which was not the company’s fault. However, Mr. Baker did everything in his power to resolve the “issues” but as soon as one was resolved then there would be another one, it just became a never ending cycle. As this relative’s health is deteriorating the furnace complaints are a thing of the past and there has not been any mention of their house being cold (which it never was) The time that I have interacted with this company they have always been pleasant, polite and very respectful despite the circumstances. I’m grateful for them being able to hold their composure regardless of the way they were treated, this say a lot about them as a company and their core values.“

“Hamilton is great. They are reasonable and explain the issue so you can understand what and why they need to do what they are working on. When we first moved to our house we didn’t know about this local company and instead called a big name franchised company for the new furnace and AC unit. This was a big mistake because the big named franchise has been awful and hard to get them to come out or do quality work. It seems like they don’t want to honor the warranties on the unit and we have had several issues with malfunctioning. When we needed a new hot water tank, we decided to try a local company which was Hamilton. We were so impressed with the service and will not call another company now until we call Hamilton. We have used them now for the expansion tank and the new gas hot water tank and some drain issues and they are always reliable and courteous also. We found out that local is the best and forget those highly advertised franchise places because they do not care about good service like Hamilton does.“

“I called Dan about a clogged pipe that was causing a leak and water in my basement after 5pm on a Thursday. He told me he’d try his best to be able to come out the next morning. He called me at 8:30am and told me he’d be here in an hour. He and another guy showed up at 9:30am exactly and had the problems solved in less than 45 minutes for a very reasonable price! “I have worked with Supreme before and they always offer very polite and professional service. I scheduled an appointment through a courtesy call about an AC maintenance special. I had the AC on our 2 heat pumps tuned up for $49 each which is a great price. Ben, the technician who did the work, was excellent. He was extremely polite and positive and explained everything he did with photos. One heat pump was fine, but the other had a problem that will require a repair. At the end, Ben walked me through the entire inspection again and had 2 quotes for the recommended work. The service was excellent, but we will get a second estimate on the work before making the repair. That being said, they sent the estimate and all the photos of the work so that we have them for our files. Again, great service and price for the maintenance; I just want to be sure of the price for the proposed work.“

“Requested a consultation through Home depot around 730 am and got a call back from Bahr Plumbing services right after 8 am. Explained my issues with my hot water heater- Erica was understanding and very knowledgeable about what to offer and came back with three quotes to give me options. I had to call back to discuss with my husband and Erica was extremely patient and even told me that there were openings today, but they may be gone by the time I call back, but they would accommodate me on my traveling schedule. She was great through the whole process.
Once the appointment was set it wasn't even a full hour before were getting a call from the installers that they were 20 mins away. I wish I got the names of the installers, but they were excellent as well, kind polite, and left the area they were working in clean. They were time efficient as well, not even two hours and everything was complete. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends or family.“
