“I’ve been going to The Loft consistently for a few months now in preparation for my wedding and love it. The staff is always kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is great and the space is beautiful. It’s in the city so it is street parking but I have never had an issue finding a close spot. I see Betty every month for a Deluxe Hydrafacial and she is the absolute best! Cannot recommend her enough!“

“This was my first time going here after driving by so many times. I called first to make sure that they had time for a soak off plus dip powder manicure and the person I spoke with in the phone was very pleasant. When I got to the salon I was greeted right away (also by the cutest dog). After washing my hands, Patricia got right to work. She was super gentle and thorough making sure to get all of the acrylics off my nails. She helped me pick out a beautiful pink color and then started on my manicure. She did an AMAZING job. From the shape, to the application everything was just great. The atmosphere was super calming as well. I can’t speak to the other nail technicians in the salon but Patricia did a great job!

“Came in on a Friday afternoon because I’d been having breakouts on my chin and by Sunday my skin was clear! Ciera made sure to use products that didn’t irritate me and corrected anytime I felt itchiness (sensitive skin over here). She even gave me products and a recommended regimen to follow. My skin has never felt better.“
