This was my first facial and it was such a great experience! The place has a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Ciera is kind, knowledgeable and very attentive. She explains in detail every thing she is doing to your skin and why. After she analyzes your skin, she customizes a facial regimen based on your what you skin needs. She does extractions and everything. Too top it off you get a nice relaxing arm and hand massage at the end. Ciera also sends you a email with products that she recommends you use going forward. All I can say is WOW I will definitely be returning once a month! My skin feels so good and looks even better! I’m so satisfied! Thank you Ciera for the awesome experience!
Love at first wax! When I tell you that she made me so comfortable and she made sure she explained very detail, turned on my favourite music and even a little girl talk with lots of laughter. I really enjoyed my service times 10. I have found a gem!
