It was good and I appreciated how the artist took her time in helping me find a color/style I would be happy with! However I was disappointed that the polish started smudging and coming off immediately after it was done! They said to wait 2 HOURS before I could do anything with my hands or toes. I'm sorry, but I can't sit and wait for 2 hours; they can't expect that, and it's not acceptable for a service you pay a lot of money for. I expected they would have done the UV light to set them quickly. That's my fault as I should've said something, but it just took me by surprise and I shouldn't have had to ask for it given the services I booked.

Jimy is an artist. Exceptional cuts for my baby fine, pin straight hair. Colors are extraordinary. They’re bright, shiny, and last a long time, including highlights. He’s patient, pays attention to every detail, and is as skillful as a heart surgeon with his tools. Cannot recommend him highly enough.Brianne (sp?) provides an exception facial. Face, hand and arm massage. Perfect pressure and aligns product with desired outcomes. Also just as nice and smart as can be.The receptionists are fabulous. With the exception of one experience, which was expertly resolved, I highly recommend the salon.

Salt room should be a free waiting area in between services. I paid 20$ for 15 mins and it was a waste of money. Not warm at all in there. No relaxing music and would never pay for it again. Facial was okay and massage was okay as well
