“A few weeks ago I was scared to death, but I made the jump to get my eyebrows Henna tinted, I have never had anyone touch my brows besides myself because I’m very picky about them when I sat down with Kristen and I told her that she is the first person to ever do my brows and I am freaking out inside!!So while I was slowly panicking. Kristen was calm and assured me it was going to be a good thing. When I walked through the door, the smile on my husbands face was worth every single penny. He grabbed me up and said he loved them! Ugh what a relief ??so Kristen is amazing, but unfortunately I have oily skin and the tint only stayed about 2 weeks, but I guess that just means I’m going to see Kristen more because 2 weeks vs 45 minutes every morning! Hmm Say less ? give them 10 stars and the moon! ❤️“

“I arrived about 10:45 appt was @ 11 Sharie was pulling up and invited me in. First off the place was immaculate the decor was beautiful. She offered water while she got everything in place. I was there for the lymphatic massage (AWESOME!!!). After the massage I did the sauna both my experiences was exceptionally welcoming warm and invite. I loved my appt and definitely looking forward to going once a month. She offer water after my services. Her mannerisms and care for my body was amazing. “I made an appointment for a haircut and highlights on their website. Stupidly, I made my appointment for color, not highlights. When I came to the Jordan Thomas salon, I explained that I think I might have signed up for the wrong procedure on my hair, and I did. My stylists did not have the time for my haircut and highlights, unfortunately. This was my fault. The stylists working that day went over and above to help me out. Within 2 minutes I had an appointment with a different stylist who could take me a little later in the day. I was so grateful to still be able to have my hair done, when it was my fault for asking for the wrong service when I made the appointment originally. In the two years I’ve been going to Jordan Thomas, I have always left happy!“

“Been here many times. They don't change the sheet you lay on but they do change the one your head/face rests on. You are fully clothed so there is no need to change the sheet. They have multiple tables in the same space so this isn't a private massage. They are really good at finding knots and tension and working those muscle groups. I have been to many different places and this is my go to for a last minute, I need a massage due to tight muscles.Their style is deep tissue sports massage, not a pamper yourself with oils and scents, while having someone rub you in a private room. That being said, sore back, shoulders or legs? Go here. Wanting more spa like, go to one of the more expensive places.I love this place and go several times a month, for well over a year.“

“It was good and I appreciated how the artist took her time in helping me find a color/style I would be happy with! However I was disappointed that the polish started smudging and coming off immediately after it was done! They said to wait 2 HOURS before I could do anything with my hands or toes. I'm sorry, but I can't sit and wait for 2 hours; they can't expect that, and it's not acceptable for a service you pay a lot of money for. I expected they would have done the UV light to set them quickly. That's my fault as I should've said something, but it just took me by surprise and I shouldn't have had to ask for it given the services I booked.“
