Chris, in sales, was excellent to work with and offered insights, etc. on the type of carpet we needed for our lifestyle, etc. We were only going to get 1 room done, but he offered a deal on 2 rooms, so we said yes. We were scheduled right away with no problem. The installers were prompt, efficient, and took care when moving some of the heavy furniture that I couldn't move and protected the floors where they placed the furniture. The install was quick and looks beautiful! We would definitely use them again when we remodel the basement and install carpet.“

“Mark changed garbage disposal for new one, mine was 20 years old leaking, I purchased new one to plug in, Home Depot said it can be hardwired also, I didn’t have a plug, but Mark just installed one very quickly, my pipe was old and destroyed after he unscrewed it, so he changed that too very quickly. I had more problems than I thought because my house is old, but Mark took care of everything, he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the house. I have an engineering degree so I could see how great he was ( I had so many different people and companies in my house over the past 10 years and I don’t want any of them back) I am planning to use Mark’s company for my other projects in my house. “Ruben and his crew were amazing. He was the only company out of 5 that actual brought samples with him! I wanted to see wider plank options and Ruben brought samples out on a Saturday to show them to me . The crews attention to detail was meticulous and my stairs and floors look absolutely amazing.
