Both of my babies were chronically sick which is never an easy thing to find out or deal with but the staff answered all of my questions and educated me a lot on animal health. Losing a pet is never easy and to me the hardest part is right after when you’re emotionally stuck and don’t know what to do next, but the staff made my family feel seen and heard.
