“I want to start by saying that coming here to get an abortion was not what we wanted but my baby had a life threatening condition and we decided this was the best decision.This has been the hardest and saddest decision I have ever taken because we really wanted this baby.The staff in the clinic treated me and my sister, who accompanied me while my husband stayed back with our other children back in Florida, with a lot of respect and understanding. My nurse was Jenny, who discussed everything and was extremely knowledgeable, the doctor who treated me was Dr.B and my doula was Heather who was the sweetest most patient person. The procedure was painless and pretty fast. But what was most important for me is that they let me see and hold my baby for the last time which meant a lot to me. They also gave me his hands and foot prints and gifted me a little hat he was wearing when they presented him to me.All I can say about my experience is that they made is as easy going as they could and I will always be grateful for that.For anyone else going through something like this I wish you the best, and I’m sorry you’re in this situation but know unfortunately, it happens, you’re not alone.Thank you, Heather, Jenny and Dr. B; I’ll never forget how well I was treated by you.“

“Was able to speak with a doctor/nurse within 2-3 days after filling out the forms online (this was the weekend of Christmas so I wasn't exactly expecting a speedy response). Received my package 2-3 days later. The text support was helpful and everything went as well as it could have. 5-6 weeks later I felt like I was having complications and was able to speak with someone qualified within 15-20 minutes. They were very professional and eased my worries (2 different doctors/nurses on separate occasions), gave me lab orders for blood tests, as well as a doctor's note for missing work. Overall great experience. Would DEFINITELY recommend and use these services again“

“I had such a positive experience coming here for my prenatal care as well as post partum check up. The front desk staff is so nice and all the doctors and PAs as well as medical assistants were very nice and helpful. I am so lucky to have had a positive experience especially for my first pregnancy. When I came back for my postpartum check up the front desk staff was so sweet and kept complimenting my baby girl. I was always able to get ahold of them in a reasonable time frame and they never made me feel uncomfortable or worried about anything. They very clearly let me know about everything before doing it. I think they were the reason i was so confident in preparing for labor and delivery. I also delivered my baby at VHC hospital and had the best experience as well with how much the staff took care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable.“
