He understands the root cause of the problem and tries to treat the issue and the most important thing about him is he will always teach you self care after the therapy so you are not in limbo after. He is very kind and accommodating in terms of scheduling and getting you out of pain. Thank you for helping me with my shoulder pain. The staff is awesome and welcoming too. What I liked most about his suggestions and advice during my PT visits, was offer to come back as often as I liked. While I only did a few sessions with him, it was only because he introduced me to an exercise that enabled me to loosen up my hip muscles. That particular exercise provided quick relief to my issues. I loved the front desk manager and she made my child feel comfortable as well. The doctor was incredible. “If i could give 10 stars i would! Dr Spencer is an amazing dude and even better doctor. Beyond recommended anyone that needs a chiropractor, going through rehab, injuries, or anything in between.

I’ve had my share of injuries throughout my life, you name it; a ligament or muscle group and I’m sure I probably injured it doing something. The past few months I’ve been dealing with a horrible reoccurring lower back injury that makes my entire body tense, tight, and painful just to do just about anything.
Growing up with a chiropractor with my family, i saw a chiropractic as a steppingstone only keep you limber but not to heal your body. Bedore seeing Dr. Spencer, I’ve had my share of chiropractors who are more money grabbers than actually give a damn about trying to heal or fix your injur. Immediately after coming to Dr. Spencer, he identified all of the problems that were plaguing me along with other problems that I didn’t even realize I had. In a span of two months, I went from having pain every single day to almost nonexistent pain, and have routinely been seeing Dr. Spencer for better critiques on how to get back into being more physically active. I could not recommend him enough. 12/5 stars!“

“Dr. Dinh is a wonderful acupuncturist who see the entire body as there are always issues not known at time of visit but lurking silently. His knowledge of the nervous system comes from years of education. Dr. Dinh is head above heels from other acupuncturist I have seen. He is really excellent. The front desk is fantastic to work with and appointments are given to accomodate my schedule.“

“I have been suffering from knee pains since Nov. 2023. My doctor suggested physical therapy and 15 sessions from 2 clinics later, I got some improvements but nowhere near recovery. My friend recommended Fyzical Therapy at Rockville so I decided to give it one more try. This place is huge with so many machines & equipment. My first appointment was with Dr. Davis who was very thorough and helpful. She cares very much about her patients' well being and is very passionate about her work. A BIG THANKS to therapist David Siemien who is always pleasant, efficient and compassionate. He patiently showed me every exercises, took the time to walk me through it. Some days, I came in with more pains than usual. David always tried very hard to make me feel better by using the massage gun, the taping on my knee and EMS.
