After months of upper back pain and countless visits to chiropractor, physical therapist, neologist, pain management doctor, I was still in a lot of pain. I finally gave acupuncture a try. Sophie is incredibly caring and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during each visit (e.g. I am terrified of needles and still is so that says a lot!). She really takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain the treatments process with patience and kindness. I came to Sophie Deng with knee pain that I'd been dealing with since last year. On the first visit, she quickly noticed an alignment problem that I'd never been aware of, and she has been patiently helping me correct my posture. Over the course of our 10 sessions together, she's combined hands-on manual therapy, physical therapy, and acupuncture, and my knee pain has improved significantly. Being able to get all of that care from one practitioner, in one place, has made a real difference. She gives you her full attention every visit, and she truly listens. I'm so grateful I found her!
