The price list is not real, it cost us $30+tip for a 2 inches cut off without shampoo and blow dry. Also looks like the place is not clean, the towels are old and being shared with different customers, also the hair brushes or comb looks dirty. They could do a lot better.
I have been coming to Jackie since I was 12 years old. I am now 29 and live in NYC, but still stop by when I visit family in Columbia, MD.Jackie has given me the straight perm over 7 times now. I naturally have curly hair, but it's so much easier to manage silky straight!
A geat barbershop, I have been coming back for over a year. Mimi always cuts it exactly to expectations and makes you feel welcomed with friendly conversation. I was a regular of Mimi's, but the few times the other stylists cut my hair they also did a good job too. As an example of quality, a lot of the customers are regulars that keep coming back. The prices are also reasonable.
