“I needed some shingles replaced and also needed the completed work to be approved by HOA. Fyi: the shingles are hard to match due to age so i thought getting the HOA's approval was going to be tough. This company guaranteed that they could get the HOA's approval, which they did! The price was very competitive, the company was very responsive to all my inquiries and they did everything i asked them to in a timely manner.“

“I had severe termite damage to ceiling beams in my basement - I had three different contractors come out to give quotes. TYG was by far the best in terms of the design of the repair and the quality of customer service. He was able to accomplish the restoration work when others told me it couldn't be done, and he did it by being very intentional about the design process for how the beams would be removed and replaced. Other contractors told me I would have to shut off gas and power that were attached to the old beams, or recommended a framing out the basement in a way that would have less support for the room above. TYG was able to creatively access an 18 inch area to slowly remove and replace all of the beams. His team filled concrete holes where the old beams went into the wall (also sealing off where the termites had entered). They replaced the beams with reinforced supports that honored the original design of the house. And he and his crew did it all in three days! With five star customer service along the way. I HIGHLY recommend TYG Handyman for any restoration work.“
