Most importantly, Jim helped resolve an unexpected mold issue discovered in our kitchen ceiling. This problem was much bigger that we anticipated. Fortunately, Jim was able to expertly and professionally remove the mold, replace sections of two copper pipes with pinhole leaks, repair a compromised roof rafter, and patch up the hole in the ceiling with new drywall and paint. In the end our kitchen was as good as new! We are grateful to have found Jim to do such professional work. Not only is he timely and reliable, but he is also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.“

“Our technician was outstanding and fast! He was professional, friendly and did a great job.

However the pricing was a bit interesting in our case. The work took 30 minutes. The job is estimated on an hourly rate, the customer has to pay for the first hour regardless, even if the technician only take 15 minutes to get it done. After the first hour your billed in 15 minutes increments unless it goes to the next hour. So, we were billed 1hr. 30 minutes for a 30 minute job on top of a $75 trip fee.
