Damon is caring and very professional as a medical specialist. His welcoming personality and thoughtful approach, to an otherwise stressful situation, was refreshing and reassuring. He is an asset to the Laurel Office of Capitol Cardiology.

Likewise, Jackie, Pam and Melissa are true professionals in their respective specialties, who provide an invaluable support system to their patients. They are sincerely appreciated.

Ashley, was professional, kind, and efficient. Ashley got my father in and out quickly without making me feel rushed. Dr. Gharad was attentive and made sure all my concerns were addressed.

The staff here is always nice and understanding. They are flexible with scheduling and I always get reminders regarding my appointment. My prescriptions are always sent promptly as well. Dr. Rao is nice. The only reason I give 4 and not 5 is the Billing department. They call you multiple times way before a bill is even sent to you via mail. Almost as if they assume they will have to badger you regarding payment. I’ve never dealt with this at any doctors office, so I was very surprised when I got all the voicemails and had to verify it wasn’t a scam prior to paying.
