I always love seeing Dr. Peter’s. Her bedside manner is great and she is so personable, I always feel comfortable with her and asking her any questions I have. However, if you ever get an appointment with Dr. Coates.. ask for another Dr. immediately!!!! I was giving birth while she was the on call and having minor complications and she was nowhere to be found, wouldn’t answer any of the nurses calls and I had to be seen by the resident on call at the time.
During this time, Maria Ochoa, the surgical coordinator has been nothing but the best. She's understanding and patient. She answered all questions and returned calls. I appreciate great service. Thank you Maria.
Dr. Peter's was knowledgeable, patient, informative, and made me feel like I was the only patient that mattered at the moment. Instead of pushing medicine or hysterectomy she educated me and ran test to ensure whatever decision we make is a quality decision.
