She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and professional. I am in OB/GYN and deal with women’s health everyday/all day, so I can testify that she is very knowledgeable in her craft and what she says is 100% accurate. She takes time to evaluate your hair pattern so that she knows how to properly position you and which wax to use (true professionals know one size does not fit all and that is true of types of waxes too). I have been so impressed with Tori. She also makes the experience super comfortable and she has a rock star personality! We were talking so much, when she said last strip…I was honestly like where did the time go? This salon is black owned and it’s great to stand by a business with an amazing, knowledgeable person working there. She’s also gentle with the waxing process so you don’t walk away in excruciating pain.
