“It is VERY hard to get hold of a center/office within this huge facility by phone. I've been trying to get hold of the Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery center for days using the phone number posted on their web site to no avail. I can get a human (in Physician Referral ???) or Scheduling but when they transfer me to I get a busy signal or the line goes dead. Tried calling corporate number. They just transferred me to Patient Services where I left vmail (no call back yet after 1 hr). Also, when I get a human in Scheduling, they ask for my birthday, phone nr, address every time I call even tho I'm in the system. Aarrrgghh! Update: Got a call from Pt. Services who will have someone from Oral Surg. contact me. She said they get 1000s of calls per day and that they only contact pt. When they're ready to make appt. Update 2: A Dr. From oral Surg. Ctr just called me in response to email I sent and advised of cause of delay (getting ins. Auth). Thank u Dr C.!!“

Not only that, but we had logistical challenges getting her home since her fall took place out of town. Mark was a life savior and worked with us to find a caretaker who could assist with the logistics and then stay with her for 2 months. Nadine, my mother's caretaker, is an exceptional person. She was vigilant about my mother's safety and provided so much care with a big heart. It was obvious that Nadine truly cared about the happiness and comfort of my mom and she did an excellent job. “The owner is not vile. She cares about her clients. Verify references on your own and please do not allow the hate these cyber bullies bring to the situation deter you. The reviews written in the last few days are from a group of vindictive individuals who have chosen to stoop to hateful bully tactics and threatening an elderly woman in an effort to close her business because they have chosen to get themselves in the middle of a neighbor issue that they have no business being involved in. Sharing incorrect information. Pretending to be customers when they have never used her company. Harassing and threatening her and her employees.. There are three sides to every story and perhaps before making hateful efforts to destroy a business they should hear the other two sides unless they can say they have never said anything hateful and hurtful in the height of an argument. I will not excuse the comments that were recorded by the neighbor who later shared with zero relevant context but hate begets hate and it is only through love lasting change can be made. Perhaps before destroying lives and threatening the elderly they could instead be the change they want to see in this world. That is if they truly wish to make a lasting difference.“

“Dr Cassis is like no chiropractor I have ever met and his work is on a whole other level. “I have been using Smith Life Homecare for my husband's care for more then two years. I like this company because they care their customers. Recently they are in a transition on changing the management. There are many adjustments. But I can tell they are trying very hard to keep their high standard traditions. Marcia and Roselord are very good care givers. My husband is a stroke survivor and have many problems. They are patient, understanding and always try their best to help. “Bob Shapero is an outstanding healer. He has treated a broad spectrum of illnesses in our family -- from chemo side effects to mono to aftereffects of a stroke. If he can't help you, he will tell you and won't waste your time (and $$$). Expect a lengthy first visit with subsequent visits being about 40 minutes. He does a great job of scheduling so that you don't waste your valuable time. He does not participate in insurance, but provides the documentation you need to file your own insurance. Sometimes I have a policy that helps pay for acupuncture. His experience and kindness shows.“
