The YC Electric team arrived as promised today and removed a dangling power cable and a dangling electric meter. They also removed landline phone wires from the exterior of our house. They did the work quickly and carefully in the intense summer heat and left with our electicity flowing well. What I most appreciated was the responsiveness of the company owner, Mr. Yi, and the scheduler. Mr. Yi replied quickly to my request for a proposal to do the work, showed up within two days to see the problem, and sent a proposal within another day. I've used YC Electric before for another electrical project, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Most recently, they installed my Level 2 EV charger, and the entire experience was outstanding.

We were able to get an excellent quick response to permanently secure our power lines to our house after a tree took down the lines in a storm. Pepco had restored power with a temporary attachment. YC also moved our lines higher and took up the slack so our lines no longer hung too low over our driveway.
