He was treated by Daniel and Scott, and he had nothing but positive things to say about his experience. Both therapists were professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. They explained everything clearly and made sure each session was tailored to his specific needs. He felt real progress after each visit and appreciated the welcoming and respectful environment. “I recently had a reverse total shpulder replacement, and NovaCare was recommended to me based on their expertise in working with reverse shoulder replacements, and also with patients with Ehlers Danlos, and associated hypermobility.  I was specifically referred to Mark Acierno. This place is absolutely terrific, and Mark is by far the best Physical Therapist to ever treat me -- and I've been treated by more than a few over the years. My care there has been thorough, educational (I love that I'm being taught WHY to do an exercise a certain way, and how it applies outside of PT), and while I'm working hard, I'm enjoying it because the people here are all (starting at the front desk) pleasant, efficient, professional, and exceedingly competent.  My surgeon at UMD called me his "superstar patient" because I'm recovering so well, and I have absolutely no doubt that it has nearly everything to do with my physical therapy care.“

“This is by far THE BEST place to go if you need any type of physical therapy!! I'm going for CMC (arthritis in my basal joint, or hand/thumb) & JOSH is the one treating me there.. His hand knowledge is impeccable! On my 1st visit, he explained everything about CMC to me, like why I have pain, what's causing the pain & how he's going to treat the pain. He answered all of my 100 questions so that I would understand all that's going on. I went to a PT for my knee at "a place in Crestwood," & I felt so uncomfortable there that after 3 visits, I didn't go back.At Frederick Health - Aspen Ridge, it is totally different, I'm talking night & day differently! He is AMAZING!! The great vibe & treatment starts as soon as you walk in the front door & it just flows into the treatment area! It sucks to be in pain as it is, & the last thing you need is to be treated badly! So if you need PT, you need to go to Frederick Health-Aspen Ridge! “The BEST physical therapy center I have been too! From the initial phone call, Zach made it breezy and told me what I needed to bring and what to expect on my first visit. I pulled up, there is plenty of parking, always a friendly warm greeting from staff(s), and knowledgeable Dr’s and Therapists.

I went there and pretty much had to learn how to walk, move again. RJ, my Therapist and his team was able to get me conditioned, build strength, to get me moving again. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me. I highly recommend this place!“

“I had to hop on here immediately. And brag about my hand surgeon. Dr Steve Horton and the girls at the front desk at 184 Thomas Johnson drive, I had to go back to the office after my visit with him today and have a form completed for work and when doing so I got out of the car and dropped all of my forms, when I did I fell trying to hurry and pick them all up they went every where!!! And of course in doing so I fell on my right hand that I just had surgery on, Dr Horton and his team rushed outside to come to my aide, they are truly amazing!!!! I would recommend him over and over again. His bedside manner is unmatched and he always has a smile on, to say he is amazing as his craft would be an understatement!!!
