Five Pups Dog Daycare & Boarding Pet Boarding Training

“We love 5 Pups! Well my dog Molly has been going there for 5 years and it’s our go to for boarding. As a city pup, she doesn’t get tons of opportunities to run around and be free and I know she loves it. I can enjoy my travels knowing she is safe and loved by Arthur, Michael, and the rest of the team. Pick up/drop off in DC is such a breeze. Molly loves it so much she gets excited any time she sees a white van 😂“

And Cannot recommend enough her services in dog training and helping our pup out with impulse control and leash reactivity during walks. Every session was useful and personable. “Mark has been our groomer for 4 years now, and we love him like family! He is so patient and caring with our fur baby, and she looks perfect after every groom. She hops in the car excitedly when I tell her we’re going to see Mark!
We had an issue with another groomer while Mark was out of the office for a few weeks, but the manager handled it with care and professionalism and was more than accommodating to resolve the situation, and I was very satisfied with the outcome. No one is perfect, but Olde Town Pet Resort and all of the staff is as close as you can get! The front desk staff is incredible too, and it’s obvious they have a love for their job and the clients, always welcoming and organized every time. 10 out of 5 stars, I can’t recommend them highly enough!“

Mr Woof Dog Care Pet Boarding Training

“Brought our five year old super anxious golden doodle Saint for a very overdue grooming appointment. They were so attentive and took excellent care of Saint. We were concerned that Saint would be a difficult client for them and may end up looking rough because he was very matted and overgrown. We were blown away with how well Saint looked after his appointment. No cuts, scrapes or bald patches. He looked adorable and we will definitely be coming back for all of his future grooming needs and not wait so long either. I highly recommend Mr. Woof dog care especially if you have concerns with an anxious dog. Thank you so much to the whole team for how well you treated Saint.“

Autumn The Dog Trainer Pet Boarding Training

“We had an incredible experience with Autumn during our one-on-one private session. In just one visit, she made a remarkable impact on both me and my dog, Tyson. Autumn quickly assessed Tyson's behavior and provided us with clear, actionable tips that addressed important areas such as listening to commands and managing typical puppy behaviors.

What stood out the most was Autumn's patience and encouragement throughout the session. She ensured that we not only understood each step but also felt completely confident in applying the training techniques at home.

I wholeheartedly recommend Autumn to anyone in need of personalized and effective guidance. Her expertise made a significant difference, even after just one session!“

Golden Paw Rules, LLC - Dog Training Service Pet Boarding Training

“Healing Paws and Golden Paws, next door, saved my Service Dog’s Life!!!

I literally was less than a week away from putting my retired Service Dog down due to pain from injuries she received in an elevator accident a few years ago— an accident that put me in a wheelchair — and a long-time friend reccomended Dr. Levitsky and scheduled our first appointment with her.

Dr. Levitsky, Dr. Key, and all the other wonderful staff there completely changed my Service Dog’s life. My Service Dog needed to be taken in and out of the house by kid’s snow sled to use the bathroom, and her strong, twice a day pain medication wasn’t helping all that much. After treatments and supplements that specially help her injuries, she’s still lame, but is running and patrolling her yard, and doesn’t have to be picked up and placed in my minivan anymore— she can get in on her own (though she’s obviously finds it challenging, but she’s happy to get in and out). She knows the names, ‘Healing Paws’, and ‘Golden Paws’, and runs to the door when I tell her it’s time to go!!!

She loves going both places and cries and whines terribly if I deviate from the long drive by stopping at a fast food drive in or gas station, or reroute for traffic.

She remembers all the staff that pet her and she showers them with kisses. She’s even able to roll on her side and lift both her front and back legs to get belly rubs — she hadn’t been able to do that for a year! Their vets and techs will get right down on the floor on their big fluffy fleece blanket covered doggie beds to treat Onyx and give her love and attention. The best part is that she stays much more limber for nearly a week!!! She did best on twice a week underwater treadmill therapy while the Government was shut down, but we are once again week while I’m working, and I still see a significant difference in Onyx’s movements and physical abilities.

I credit Dr. Levitsky and her personnel with saving my Service Dog’s life — she’s so much more comfortable than she was, and can sleep through the night without waking up whining in pain. She even snores deeply at night again — she hadn’t dine that in the months before we went to Dr. Levitsky.

I can get emergency appointments both places, too — something that was incredibly difficult at my regular vet that misdiagnosed my dog’s issue as a genetic, degenerative nerve condition — despite my dog’s history of spinal injury. My regular vet would just say to go to a dog emergency hospital for her lameness when it got worse, even though my regular vet’s name had, ‘Veterinary Hospital’ in it.

I loved how Onyx was helped, so I moved my other Service Dog, and a family member’s Service Dog, to Healing Paws for their routine vet care. My Great Pyranese, Sirius, loves everyone there just as much as Onyx does, and received his annual physical, vaccinations, and heartworm and flea prevention medicine with Healing Paws. Their staff even keeps him occupied if he comes with me for Onyx’s visits — because she’s not working at their vet office and is, ‘Free Dog!!’, there — she gets territorial about her, Healing Paws ‘people’, that she appropriated as hers.

Their staff even accompanies me to my van if I’m having a bad day with my spinal injuries, to make sure I get in safely, because I have to load my Service Dogs in first, and some days have trouble.

They are worth every single moment of my hour-and-a-half drive each way!!

I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Levitsky, and Healing Paws and Golden Paws!!!“

FurEver Family, LLC Pet Boarding Training

“My step mother is very ill. She gave into my grumpy elderly father's enormous pressure and bought him a puppy on Valentines Day. Unfortunately the puppy is a very high-energy breed. Carla is clearly both brave and caring. She went for many lessons to train the people (more dad, who think dogs should be spoiled) and the dog. It could not have gone well, but it went much better than my sisters and I expected. Carla was very helpful.Carla is an angel and a saint.“

“I can’t say enough great things about our dog trainer Rayna Kinney! Before working together, walks were stressful and unpredictable due to my dog’s reactivity. Now, Junior confidently sits, stays, and lies down on command—even in public settings—and no longer reacts to distractions. Because of this training, I can take him places I never thought possible—and I can even trust him off leash. My grandchildren can also come over now without him jumping on them, which has made visits so much more enjoyable and stress-free. It’s truly opened up a whole new world for both of us. We’re no longer limited—we get to enjoy life together in a way we couldn’t before. If you’re struggling with your dog’s behavior, I highly recommend investing in a trainer like this. It has made an incredible difference for us!“
