This was my go to cleaners, until they damaged my shirt beyond repair and didn’t bother to let me know!! Took it back to them for answers. Was hoping for maybe a refund, a credit, an apology...anything to let me know that they acknowledged the problem and would work to rectify it. I didn’t receive ANY of the above. Tried to reach out to management in person and over the phone on several occasions. Left a number for them to get in contact with me and have yet to hear from anyone. It’s not so much about the shirt, things happen. It’s more so the lack of professionalism and accountability. Good customer relations go a long way.

I have been patronizing World Cleaners for years but noticed during and post COVID, prices appeared rather high. There is no pricing chart in the store to let you know how much they charge per item/garment. Needless to say. I took 3 suits, 3 shirts and 2 pair of jeans to Zips Dry Cleaners and cost was $28 bucks. Called World Cleaners and ask how much it would cost to dry clean the same number of items, $65.80. Going to miss World Cleaners and staff but cost has gotten out of control. Transparency is key to a successful business...

This cleaners was the only one I use to use. Now I will never go there again. The charged us way to much to clean our clothes, and when asked why the major change they blamed me. She was really rude and said that even though my receipt said one price because she addmitly made the mistake I would still have to pay the difference. After about 10 mins of reasoning with her she finally gave me half of what she owed me. To make up for the other half I'm writing this review. If you so happen to read this PLEASE AVOID THIS CON ARTIST!
