I have gone to her for years to do me and my daughters hair. I understand mistakes happen but this was very preventable. I thought everything was good until my daughter got old enough to tell me that not only is she very rough with her when I'm not around, but she placed my child's face on a booster seat that somebody had their butt in without sanitizing it and after we left, we went across the street to the mall. Minutes later I noticed this rash forming around her eye and when she woke up then next morning which was her birthday with a party to attend her eye was practically swollen shut. Virginia has been caring for my family's hair for about 18+ years. I've never had an issue, always pleasant and accommodating. She and the ladies of her salon are the women I reference any time someone asks about braiding.

It’s was okay at first but my hair was braided so tight I had terrible break out and scare then I was charged 210 for my braids which was fine because I wanted them long. But the braid where many different lengths and after to week some of my braids are beyond lose. Some guest may was treated better but not every work is good.
