All the hairdressers are ladies (except for 1 gentlemen). They do tend to often get distracted by people who are coming and going within the shop and their phones, but i guess this does give it a more down-to-earth atmosphere.I recently tried a "higher-end" barbershop with staff wearing suits, a bar, big screen TVs, massage room, etc. Prices are double of this shop and results are either just as good or below. Learned to appreciate the work these ladies put in and instead of paying 50$ elsewhere, i rather give them a nice tip.Just make sure you communicate any details you want or don't want before they touch your hair.“

“I went there yesterday for a keratin treatment, As soon as I got there I was greeted by the staff, then one of the lady preceded to start to wash my hair, it was the same lady that did my keratin treatment, she was super cool and professional when it came to answering my questions regarding my hair issues. Mind you, someone else damaged my hair a couple of months ago , the lady noticed how bad my hair was and she proceeded to recommend some treatments that I thought it was going to be super expensive, to my surprise the treatment came up to just $90 . The kit included shampoo and conditioner, and two other treatments to restore my hair.I was very please and I highly recommend this place.“

“I’ve never been to this salon before and I called just to get a needle and thread for a sew in at the last minute because all the beauty supplies stores had already closed. A called this particular salon and the lady that answered the phone just gave it to me for free!! I felt so blessed and thankful for that. The hospitality was beautiful. I will definitely be back to let the stylist do my hair and makeup in the future ???“

“Me and my daughter go to miss Virginia I will say if you and your child are tender-headed she does braid a little too tight. Her assistant over did the amount of hair strands on my Goddess braids but I simply cut the excessive hair no biggie. Her herself does a fantastic job and she's really sweet and I just had to leave this review because I feel bad for her I really do. Whoever the lady is behind Miss Virginia's cubicle needs to maybe get her own salon. She has no regard for the other clients and the other workers in the salon she's Extremely Loud!!! Pretty much Echoes throughout the Plaza it's just unprofessional and kind of ghetto to be honest and it's a headache when you're getting your hair done with somebody screaming in your ear about stuff she could talk about home with her friends, and you could care less about. I don't know if attention she's seeking maybe adult ADHD or she's trying to scare off other people's clients but someone needs to check her because if I go back and it happens again I'm not coming back personallyServices: Hair extensions“
