The gym is stocked with a wide variety of equipment and has plenty of cardio options. The gym also features basketball courts, group fitness classes, a decent size pool perfect for laps, a hot tub for recovery, and a Kids Klub. The sauna and steam room are huge bonuses. Personal training is available. The facility is a clean, well-maintained facility with all the essentials in one place. The front staff is cool and helpful.
This GYM has everything you need for a solid workout. The gym is stocked with a wide variety of equipment – free weights, machines, and plenty of cardio options – so I never have to wait long to use anything. The pool is a decent size and perfect for laps or just cooling down, and I love that they also have a hot tub for recovery. The sauna and steam room are huge bonuses – super relaxing after a tough session. Overall, a clean, well-maintained facility with all the essentials in one place.
The gym is good can be a bit crowded but my main gripe with the place is the sauna wish they would be a bit more clean and the button to use it tends to fall off and is held with tape
