I've been looking for a workout that I actually look forward to, and Kickhouse provides that! They have a combo of core and bag work, and are super friendly and welcoming! I did this for the 8 months prior to my wedding and lost 6 inches.

I had an amazing experience in Novi's class. They were incredibly helpful, providing helpful examples of techniques, and their friendly and funny personality made the whole class enjoyable. I had so much fun. Novi is an amazing teacher, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an engaging and entertaining learning experience.
