I’ve gone to this salon regularly since 2021 when I moved to the area. I’ve had more positive experiences here than not but unfortunately as of late customer service has gotten worse it has gotten harder to justify spending money here when I know I will be treated better elsewhere. I do hope things improve since this happens to be the closest salon to me but for now I will be taking a break to explore others in the area.Pros are that most of the time they ask if you want a drink and the work itself has been pretty consistent.
