“Mitchell and Terry did a fantastic job cleaning our ductwork. They did find microbial buildup in the lower level of the system, so that part could not be cleaned. I’m just very happy that they told me about it. Mitchell gave me a quote to install new flex line and it was very reasonable.
Fixed Right is replacing our heat pump system next week and I am looking forward to that.
Everyone I spoke with at Fixed Right have been knowledgeable, understanding, and very nice. I look forward to having them as my HVAC service company.
Update: Wyatt, Mitchell, and crew came yesterday to install our new HAVC system and did a great job. They took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly. I felt bad because the weather was not the best and they had to work outside and in a crawl space all day. After they did the install, there was a small problem with the units not communicating with each other and it could not be resolved by the end of the day because tech support had already closed. Wyatt, Neil, and Jake came out the next morning (Christmas Eve) and fixed the problem within an hour.
I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to install our new system. These guys are fantastic.“

“Great service all around. My outdoor unit was not turning on. They were at my door within two hours of placing the call. They found out one of the wires had been disconnected inside the unit causing the system to not turn on. He checked my levels and also checked the unit inside as well. I was only charged their service fee of $89 and he was very thorough in explaining everything he checked before leaving my home. Highly recommend.“
