“I visited Rafet's Hairmaster in North Beach for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I am very pleased with the entire experience. My hairdresser was Harmony and she is wonderful. I showed her an example of the hairstyle I wanted and she did exactly that, the cut is great. Even after I washed and styled, it lays perfectly. “Saw Bonnie last week. She gives the best perms. Been going to her for 21 years. You want experience and skills she has it all. Does a great spiral pattern and lifts rods with pins so not leaving rod marks on scalp when done. Last few years switched to large orange rods and it gives a nice soft bouncy curl.
