My experience at this location was great. (The salon was very busy, and I didn't have an appointment, so I wasn't very optimistic when I arrived.) That said, ... the stylist that was at the computer was very pleasant, greeting me as I walked in. She was able to book me in immediately with Kaylee, who was very nice and professional, asking me lots of questions to make sure that she knew what I wanted. . . . What impressed me most about Kaylee was that she wasn't afraid to confer with Stacey when "my hair wasn't cooperating" while she was cutting my bangs. This was my very first visit to the Prince Frederick location. I normally travel to a natural hair salon in DC, but a family member recommended this location to me. I was very impressed with the service and quality of care for my naturally, thick and curly hair. Tímmica did an amazing job on a blowout, silk press and trim. She took her time and was professional in making sure I was pleased with the results. I will definitely be back to this location!

I take my kids to get their hair cut there and they always do a great job very quickly. The kids are happy and the stylists are always so friendly. I even had another mom ask me where I was getting my son's hair cut!
