Hadn't been to hair cuttery in a few years, hate that when you find someone you like, there gone next time you go in. Today I walk in and a young man, Nathan took care of me, got in immediately and he l did exactly as I asked. He did a great cut. But I mentioned was thinking about a brow wax when we first talked, didn't suggest a shampoo or any upsell, felt like they just wanted to get my cut and get me out door, I wanted to be asked for my business, but not pressured. Although I'm happy with my cut I would have been happier to be given the options of purchasing other services.

Never had my hair cut here before but my shop was not answering their phone. I stopped in to see if I could schedule an appointment. Sabrina was at desk and said she could take me now. Very pleasant. Did a nice cut. My hair grows like a weed and she gave me nice short cut.
