In the world of frustration in finding good, reliable, caring Medical care, I am extremely grateful to be under the care of Dr. Ramirez and his entire Team at GBMC Hunt Valley. Although I have an appointment in 2 days, I've been experiencing some unexplained back pain so I sent a message to them on my chart seeking advice for pain relief until my appointment. I received a quick response with multiple suggestions and even in-person options at GBMC Ortho care if pain increases before then. I've already applied several of their extremely helpful suggestions.

I have dealt with some great providers there. The issues I have had is with the support staff. They require up to 72 hours for a response on all communication including medication refills. You can of course call the office or message someone in a more direct way. If you manage to get a hold of someone before the 72 hours it’s very common for the support staff to reply to you in anyway to a frustrated tone like “how dare you! Do you know how busy we are?” To even being called names. I had a refill that took two weeks to even get an answer. When you send a message it shows a time stamp that someone has read it. At Hunt Valley office.
The medical care is fine. BUT…
Playing loud music in an ENT waiting room really makes no sense. I suffer tinnitus and it hurt my ears the whole time ringing. Other people come here with various similar issues. Turn the music off or at least turn it way down.
Also, if you have play music, how about something soothing rather than rocking?
