I could tell from their television commercial that Dani is a no nonsense professional who is honest and straightforward — meeting her solidified what I believe. I had Danni come out for a plumbing concern, and she was extremely professional from the start. She really took the time to explain our issue, how she would recommend fixing it, and laid out the different costing options. What I appreciated most was that she wasn't pushy or salesy at all, she just gave us the information we needed. A few days later, Danni and Sophia came back to do the fix. Even though they mentioned how busy their day was, they spent time with me, answered all my questions, and never made it feel like they were rushing to get out the door.

Recently moved to Baltimore and had a clogged shower drain as well as concerns about another issue. After another company gave us an absurd quote and tried to tell us we had a mainline issue without any testing, we found Donovan online and called them.
Danni came out and she solved our drain issue for a fraction of what the other company quoted and, more than that, took the time to look at our piping and do some testing and came to the conclusion our issue wasn't a mainline clog. She provided extremely useful information in a very digestible way for plumbing illiterate people like myself.
