Getting scheduled was quick and easy. Had a great experience with my consultation. Szekery was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had a 2-hour time window and he showed up within the first half-hour. Even if I don't move forward with this specific project, I'm bookmarking Donovan for any future plumbing projects. ---- EDIT (9/4/24): (Can't make a second review). But Aaron A. came out to fix a problem with my bathroom sink leaking. Aaron was a chill dude. He was very transparent about the work that would be done and the cost, as well as warranty coverage. Once I signed off on the job, he went straight to work and was finished in no time at all. He even gave me tips about my sink and how the different parts work. Great guy and would highly recommend him and Donovan.
