I was an April bride and had both hair and makeup done with Glam with Sam. I was so incredibly nervous going into this because I am very particular with my makeup. The makeup artist (Kim I believe) absolutely KILLED it. At the trial she made suggestions for things to feel more glam but still myself, while being patient if I wanted a change. I also brought some products that I routinely use (mostly eyebrow products) she applied them better than I ever have. Same goes with hair, our stylist was so patient and kind. I had the MOB , MOG and several bridesmaids who got hair or makeup, and they all loved their looks! Would absolutely recommend!

Our AC stopped working a couple weeks ago. We called a couple well known local contractors that we had used before. Both pretty much skipped over the concept of repair and jumped to right to replace. Neither even bothered to open up the panel on our internal unit to investigate. No, they said, the system is too old to repair (14 years) so you should buy a completely new system from us. One estimate was for $11K and the other for $13K.Fortunately, we spoke with a neighbor who referred us to Chuck at Joy Air. He was able to stop by and look at our system within less than a day. From the start, he was focused on repair vs replace. Once he opened up the system and saw that the coil was leaking he let us know that we didn't have to replace everything and he could replace the AC coil with a new one. Within 2 days, that is what he did and we saved $10,000!Before you call anyone else, save your self the time (and money) and call Chuck at Joy Air first!

I have been a client of MaryAnne for 22+ years - since she was in Old Ellicott City. She has worked miracles with my hair! It used to be just blah and breakage, but was recently described by an acquaintance of mine as “the most beautiful hair of any woman I know”! I see her for color and styling - and she is the only one who can get my color right (which I learned when others tried after the OEC shop got flooded out in ‘16 and ‘18). She uses only high-quality organic products, and is kind and to boot! I drive an hour each way to see her - that’s what she means to me! Can’t recommend her more highly!

Because of this office, a disease that could've killed my dog was caught in time and they made sure to find an emergency clinic that could take her today and saved her life. I called Union Dental this morning and explained that a crown has come out. They told me I could come in that afternoon. The staff was wonderful able to make a new crown and replace the one that fell out in 2 hours. The dentist and staff were friendly explaining each step and made me feel comfortable.

I can’t express how much I appreciated Kylie’s customer service on the night of nov 6th. To be honest I absolutely hate tanning. I have psoriasis and when it gets bad, I force myself to go. Due to my schedule I could only get there after 9. (This is not an advertisement to go to this place super late) but I was a nervous wreck due to my skin and to be honest going into a tanning salon in general. However, Kylie definitely made me feel like she was glad I was there and I felt welcome. She rules. <3

I’m one of those weirdos who doesn’t mind going to the dentist but I came here to say that Dr. Chester & the rest of his office are top notch. Very thorough, professional to the point and honest with you on top of being gentle with dental work that needs to be done. The last cleaning I had there, the dental hygienist was amazing. She was very efficient, precise and gentle with her tools. You could tell she’s been doing this for years! Highly recommend!

The Doctors, Dental Assistants & Staff @ Union Dental are awesome. Even as a new patient, Union Dental were there for me when I needed them the most. I badly needed emergency treatment to help relieve my terrible tooth pain & infection. My lower teeth were damaged and worn to the point that I needed to consider addition extractions and either Dentures or Implants. I choose to undergo the Implant procedure. I sincerely appreciate Dr. Shukla. Her surgical expertise & gentle care really made feel that I had made the correct decision to undergo a dental implant procedure.
