I have been going here for years, and Rosemarie is not only the friendliest hostess, she’s an excellent aesthetician, and also a friend.Par Excellence’s location is perfect, a historic building located in a historic downtown, in Havre de Grace MD. This little town makes the perfect weekend getaway, and Par Excellence makes the perfect stop for nails, facial care, and more. Her staff/nail techs are friendly, the experience is intimate, and you’ll leave ready to come back for more. So make an appointment, relax with a cup of tea, and get pampered!
I have been getting my facials from Rose Marieand my skin has never looked better! I have chronic cystic acne and it took years to find an esthetician who has the experience and knowledge to help me. She is what I would refer to as a Master Esthetician. I’m so grateful to have found her here in this little hidden gem in Have De Grace.
