I really enjoy the variety of classes held. I can always find the practice I need at that time from Restorative classes to the more intense Vinyasa flow classes and everything in between. I especially love the outdoor classes at the lighthouse. All of the teachers are wonderful. If you are looking for a place to start or continue your practice you've found it.

ALWAYS a wonderful place to both relax and push yourself. All of the instructors are wonderfully supportive and helpful. Today I was so deep in my practice that I did NOT want to leave! Shout out Becky!!

I've been coming to yoga at the lighthouse the past few Sundays and it has quickly become one of the best parts of my week. As a working mom I find it challenging to find "me time" but my one hour amidst the gorgeous HDG waterfront is so rejuvenating and relaxing. As someone relatively new to yoga, I find the practice to be the perfect balance of challenging and a perfect way for me to reset from a busy week. I appreciate the options the instructors give to accommodate various levels. I highly recommend!
