Despite nearly 100-degree weather, the crew removed the old insulation, cleaned the space, and installed new insulation that met code standards.

During the process, one of the workers accidentally stepped off a rafter, leaving an indent in the ceiling, and because the attic entrance was so small, a light fixture was also damaged. The project manager immediately brought both issues to my attention and reported them to his supervisor. Timothy quickly followed up, arranged for the damage to be repaired, and allowed me to choose my own contractor. I simply submitted the invoice for reimbursement.
