Roto-Rooter provides professional and courteous service. Their technicians arrive on time and take care of issues quickly. They explain everything and provide estimates for each step of the process. Their team is knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They have prevented costly mistakes and saved customers thousands of dollars.
I've been with customer a Roto-Rooter for a few years now. Considering that we now have an environment where plumbers want $100 or more just to arrive and give you a price and then the price turns out to be ridiculous which is one way to be mad, Roto-rooter charges an hourly rate and all I ask of anybody that provides an hourly rate is that they just give me an honest day's work. This is exactly what Robert does, and I was very pleased with his work on 2 occasions. One was to replace a 24 year old sewage pump in the basement of my house and the other one was to relocate a outside water hose bib which required cutting through brick wall, floor and cutting out two pieces...read full review
Had Robert out to fix a major plumbing problem. He fixed that, gave me some advice on how to fix the on-going problem with tree roots in my water pipes and then fixed my son’s bathroom sink. Requesting him soon for a couple more issues in the house. Great plumber - give 5 STARS!
I was skeptical at first when another plumber recommended me to roto-rooter. He told me his “gear wouldn’t reach my issue and I’d wind up paying twice when they could do it the first time for sure” he was correct they showed up on an hour and a half (reasonable seeing as though I live down near Brunswick) and took care of the issue quickly. I had them snake the line even though it freed up just for piece of mind. Courteous and professional not to mention they answered all my questions. I’d recommend them especially in an emergency after hours.
