The salon is clean and quiet but conveniently located near the Giant entrance of the mall. I was able to charge my devices, and have great conversation. ATM on premise for your convenience. Located near an in mall beauty supply store so you can kill two birds with one stone if you need to purchase hair. Simone has done my hair and my mom's for almost 20 years. Check them out.“

“I started going here after getting sick and tired of waiting at Stella's Braid Shop in Laurel, MD. Stella's used to do a pretty good job but they were over priced and terribly under staffed. I'm soooooglad I found Aurora's Braiding Oasis! Truly a hidden gem!! I usually see Nike when I go. Which is usually about once every 4-6 weeks. She's super friendly, VERY professional and always willing to accommodate me regardless of the time or place I need my hair done! If it's before the shop opens or after the shop closes, she will take clients at her inhome shop which isn't too far away. She's ALWAYS on time for appointments and she will ALWAYS LAY AND SLAY those edges! She always makes sure my hair is well moisturized before and during braiding. And my hair ALWAYS lasts a great amount of time! I can always count on Nike at Aurora's Braiding Oasis. You know what they say, stick to what you know and NEVER cheat on your stylist lmfao I will ALWAYS be a loyal and consistent client to Nike!“
