T.M. Potter Heating & A.C.

Very unreliable. He will tell you he’s coming mid morning and Never show up! Did this to us multiple times! He wrote in his report about our broken AC disparaging things about our house that had Nothing to do with the job or our air conditioner…..just to be mean! We are both disabled and just moved my mom in to take care of her and he was mean to her. Sorry our house isn’t perfect! He’s not a nice man at all and wouldn’t come back to fix his work! Awful. This man has no moral values! He will charge you $ for work you didn't ask him to do. And when you refuse to pay for the work you did not authorize he will take you to court and sue you. Then he will try to take your vehicle for a measly few hundred dollars. Seriously..... Do you not have a conscious or any moral values? He will refuse to take payments because he would rather take your car. Very sketchy, greedy, and untrustworthy.
