Katie and the crew at Festival were kind, responsive, and genuinely nice. I came into town for an event and realized I had completely forgotten to get my suits dry cleaned. I called around, they answered quickly, and Katie was able to get me next-day service, which was a huge help.

I had a brown stain on one of my black suits — I honestly couldn’t tell if it was chocolate or makeup — and I wasn’t sure if it would come out. They were able to get it out completely, and my suits looked great. The pricing also felt very reasonable for the quality of service.
